Alcoholics Anonymous

If you have answered that you drink alcohol every day, or that your family/friends are concerned about the amount you drink, or that you would like to speak to someone who has recovered from problematic alcohol use, Alcoholics Anonymous can provide you with the help and support you need.

Even if you do have people that you could turn to, it is common to feel uncomfortable or you feel unable to talk to family/friends about your drinking. Alcoholics Anonymous is a fellowship of people who share their experience, strength and hope with each other so that they may solve their common problem and help others to recover from alcoholism.

In Australia, there are over two thousand Alcoholics Anonymous meetings held each week, either in person or online. Tel: 0845 769 7555 or Visit: https://aa.org.au/. You can also find a local meeting online. Visit: https://meetings.aa.org.au/ and enter your suburb, town or postcode.
